A little over a week ago I made a phone call to your company KNOWING it was in absolute vain… 15 years ago I had a photobook printed of a family history tour I did in Yorkshire where my family is from. My uncle, close to 80, is here visiting from Australia and just couldn’t stop looking at the book as it features much information about his parents, grandparents and even great grandparents. I reached Belinda Botha at your offices and, already sounding defeated, asked if there was ANY chance that you may be able to reprint the book for me as a gift to him. Imagine my utter shock when she asked for the barcode and hey presto – one payment and little more than a week later and my shiny new photobook was just delivered to me here in Cape Town. Thank you for helping people store their memories in such a beautiful way – especially in this new digital world – and for enabling me to give an invaluable gift to my uncle who I hadn’t seen in over 30 years!
